Manage resources of the company, preparing filming schedule, allocating crew to shoots and providing equipment to rental clients. Making sure equipment is released to clients on time, after procurement of purchase orders or after receipt of advance payments from clients.

In charge of finance decisions and budgets of the company. Preparing budgets and quotations for Shows, corporate films and commercials provided to clients. Coordinate with internal heads of departments and Managers while overseeing budgets and targets in terms of revenues and expenses. Oversee payment collection from clients as well as overseeing other Finance and bank related transaction.
Oversee recruitment of freelance technicians and staff. Handled salaries and promotions and other bonuses to be offered. Whenever applicable, to ensure that the company has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximise their potential and contribution to the company.
Strategic Planning and Implementing new business development tools. Suggest and execute ideas pertaining to promotions and strategic partnerships in order to gain advantages to the company throughout the year. Ensuring smooth functioning of the company functions from start to finish.
