Responsibilities;

• Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day sales efforts of the team.
• Ensure customer service and satisfaction.
• Supervise staff and supplier reps/merchandisers/promoters.
• Maintain standards of pricing and advertising materials (POS)
• Timely placing of orders and coordination with suppliers and store's
Receiving department for deliveries.

• Through local knowledge of customer request, suggest to concerned buyer /managers any new product lines, ranges and services to increase sales.
• Monitor stock level on shelf availability to achieve maximum sales and premium levels of "dead stock". Ensure clearance of old stock and follow FIFO principle,
• Up to date documentation /administration.
• Ensure all staff work efficiently, appearance and obey all company policies.
• Carry out any other other duties as assigned by managements from time by time.

• Controls incoming outgoing stock and responsible for overall stock of the showroom.
• Maintains discipline and supervises showroom staff.
• Generates sale and achieves showroom targets.
• Co-ordinates with showroom staff and various other departments with regards to sales, accounts and routine administration of the showroom.
• Periodic checks on showroom stock and prepare indents for new stocks.
• Supervise housekeeping, Maintains POPs, Window display other advertises.

• Aids customers in purchasing merchandise.
•Answers queries and provides information to customer about products displayed for sale.

• Performs other routine duties as directed by Regional In Charge
