New Aircraft Stand Area, New Truck Road, Patrol Road, Utility Corridor., etc.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for Estimating Quantity for Monthly Invoice for the Project.
* Responsible for Estimating Quantity for Sub-Contractor Bills.
* Responsible for Estimating Quantity for Variation Order (Change in Scope).
* Preparing Baseline and Reflective Time Schedule for Projects (Level-1, Level-2, Level-
3 and Level-4) in P6 & MS Project.
* Preparing OBS and EPS for the Projects.
* Preparing and Tracking Material and Labor Cash Flow for the Projects(S-Curve).
* Preparing Histogram chart for Manpower for the Projects in P6.
* Responsible for the Projects Tracking and updating as per site per weekly& monthly
Reports.
* Preparation of Earn Value Reports for the all the Ongoing Projects.
* Preparation of Variation Order if the Project have Change Orders.
* Preparation On Monthly Invoice for the Projects Based on the Progress.
* Preparation of Yearly General Budget and Financial Budget for the Projects

PROJECTS : 50+ Projects.(Tender and Ongoing Projects)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for Estimating Quantity for Monthly Invoice for the Project.
* Responsible for Estimating Quantity for Sub-Contractor Bills.
* Responsible for Estimating Quantity for Variation Order (Change in Scope).
* Preparing Time Schedule for Tender and Ongoing Projects (Level-1, Level-2, Level-3
and Level-4) in P6 & MS Project.
* Preparing OBS and EPS for the all Projects.
* Preparing Material and Labor Cash Flow for the Projects(S-Curve).
* Preparing Histogram chart for Manpower for the Projects in P6.
* Responsible for all the Projects Tracking and updating as per site per weekly& monthly.
* Responsible for monthly Reports of the all Ongoing projects.
* Preparation of Earn Value Reports for the all the Ongoing Projects.
* Preparation of Variation Order for the Billing process to the all projects.
* Estimate the Complete Quantities with details for the Tender and Ongoing Projects.
* Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
* Prepare Bill of Quantities of Materials
* Prepare required Manpower resources for complete projects

* Reviewing the technical submissions made by the suppliers in line with
client’s requirement
* Co-ordination with client for getting the approval for the materials to be
supplied, preparing the related documents required for getting the
approvals.
* Responsible for all site activities and implement relevant Quality System
procedures at site.
* Responsible to co ordinate and assist Project Manager in executing all his
responsibilities.
* Ensuring that all the inspection, testing and other verifications are carried
out in accordance with client requirement.
* Ensuring the proper Supervising of all the construction activities at site.
* Ensuring the safety, and the personnel involved follows the rules
