Document Controller (for Shapoorji) & Secretary (for both Emaar & Dewan)
Was originally hired by M/S Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC to work as Archives Clerk or Document Controller (Inward Documents) in March 2017 & was deployed at SPML’s 52/42 Residential Development 5JJ Dubai Marina project. Major responsibilities included:-
• Receiving all incoming documents including various submittals viz. Document Submittals, Material Submittals, Technical Submittals and Shop Drawing Submittals coming in from the project’s consultant M/S Dewan Architects & Engineers with their comments.
• Recording the inward documents in the Inward Log maintained in MS Excel form & then distributing them to the concerned managers for their further action.
• Distribution / Circulation of all the incoming documents to the respective engineers & managers.
• Any other task as & when assigned by different managers.
Recognizing the potential & the excellent skills vis-à-vis written & spoken English as well as administrative & operational background, I have been nominated by Shapoorji Pallonji to work for both Dewan Architects & Engineers (Consultants) and Emaar Properties PJSC (Client) as Secretary-cum-Receptionist. The assignments include:-
• Attending weekly progress meetings representing client & consultant to record & prepare Minutes for Resident Engineer - Dewan & later circulate them to all attendees after its finalization.
• Attending any other meeting to record, prepare & circulate Minutes as & when directed by the consultant or client
• Sending invitation of weekly progress meeting to all invitees on behalf of Resident Engineer - Dewan using the available feature in MS Outlook.
• Drafting various letters as well as e-mails on behalf of Resident Engineer - Dewan & also senior managers of Emaar camped at project’s site office.
• Attending phone calls while seated in consultant-client’s reception area / office & greeting incoming guests.
• Receiving inbound mail on behalf of Emaar’s Project Manager.
• Any other basic task related to document controlling on behalf of the consultant viz. filing, updating logs, etc.
• Any other administrative task assigned by the consultant and client.

 Developed & monitored the strategy to promote & market Islamic products to bring in line with the organization's core objective to maximize profit.
 Updated operational manuals keeping in view the Shariah concepts.
 Prepared & presented management reports.
 Handled any other assignment assigned by the Group Head - Islamic Banking Group.

T24 MANAGEMENT: Manager Operations & T24
T24 is a banking software that Allied Bank Limited acquired in 2006 from a world renowned Swiss company named Temenos that has provided banking software solutions to nearly 600 establishments including banks across the globe.
 Monitored T24 software implementation process so as to monitor whether it was user friendly & was bugs free.
 Liaison with branches working on the new banking software & also new branches that opened directly on T24, ranging from their infrastructural requirements to training on T24 of staff posted at those branches.
 Handled Branches’ Operational Matters like Monitoring of CNICs’ Verification Status; Outstanding Pak Account Entries’ Reconciliation; and Timely Verification of CPs & Accounts through regular follow-up with branches by way of telephone calls as well as e-mails.
 Assisted the Regional Head Banking Services - Lahore West Region in daily operational work, miscellaneous correspondence through e-mail, preparation of his branch visit reports, etc.
 Revised the 20 T24 Branch Users’ Guides / Manuals in light of functional or structural changes in T24 system in an exclusive assignment. These Users’ Manuals were originally prepared while I was posted at ABL’s Banking Systems Implementation Group (BSIG).

T24 USERS MANUALS' PREPARATION: Member T24 Users Manuals' Preparation Team
 Prepared 20 T24 Branch User’s Manuals on different menus / sub-menus / versions of T24 after proper testing of the subject menus / versions on 20 core modules. All of these manuals were approved by ABL’s highest approving authority called MANCO & were available to the readers / end users of T24 at Bank’s portal while their printed versions were distributed to all branches / offices working on T24.
 Conducted Orientation Sessions on T24 for Branch Managers (BMs), Customer Service Managers (CSMs), Branch Operations Managers (BOMs), Officers & Tellers, as a 90-minute dedicated session.
CREDIT DOCUMENTS’ PROCESSING: Credit Administrator / Analyst
 Processed Documents for Issuance of Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DACs) & Security Compliance Certificates (SCCs).
 Issued Banking Facilities Letters (BFLs) to Customers / Clients / Parties after thorough checking of approved Credit Application-cum-Office Notes.
CREDIT MONITORING: Credit Monitoring Officer
 Monitored loans / advances extended to various parties by branches of the assigned regions by way of various statements, telephonic follow-up with those branches as well as concerned personnel at the respective regional offices till the streamlining of bad loans, if any.
 Regularly monitored the overall outstanding loans & their recovery.
 Prepared monthly reports regarding lending & recoveries for presentation to the higher management.
