Windsor Inn is a Project of Hotel, Restaurants and Banquet. Project going to be to have 70 Rooms, 4 different cuisine restaurants, Conference Hall, Banquet Hall and allied necessary amenities for a 4 Star property.

My accomplishments regarding responsibility to project to manuscript its business plan which appendix, Market Study, Swat Analysis, Financial Projections. Drafted Sales & Marketing, HR, ERP and Departmental Operational strategy, manuals and Software Development. A Road Map from acquisition of Land to construction to Operations.

Smart hotel, a pioneer in the hospitality industry in Lahore, has different flags from Shalimar to Best Western and is now under Maverick Group as Smart Hotel. As a General Manager, responsible for top line and bottom line considering healthy RevPar and GOP of the property. Headed and provide a guideline to all Departments Head; DOMS, HR, F&B, HK, Front Office & overall administration. Hands-on Sales potential, Budgeting, and its execution.

Key contributions
• A General Manager to Smart Hotel / GM Operations (Maverick Group). Revamp operation and property uplifted within the first quarter, and massive and aggressive marketing brought up hotel Revenue to 15 million per month, a remarkable occupancy level, healthy ADR, RevPar, and GOP.

Administered the hotel's operations, finance, sales, and marketing functions and devised effective training programs for each department to enhance employee knowledge of best practices while effectively managing staff and career development objectives.

Direct hotel operations, marketing, and sales team members to oversee revenue, legal matters, regulatory affairs, human resource, and customer service quality. Provide first-line response and offer administrative support to external and internal customers.

• As project Manager, hotel construction from Pre-feasibility considering demographic of Multan city to Market Analysis, Swat Analysis, Revenue Projection vs. Expenses, Future growth and expansions, viability, execution ability for the project assessed, and backed by financial ratios and IRR.
• Land acquisition, commercialization permissions and NOCs.
• Design Layout, Architectural design, Structural drawing, HVAC, MEP, Networking, Public Health safety, and security to hard and soft Interior concepts and selection of topnotch consultants of the fields with guidelines from Hospitality norms.
