Maintain the college bookstore
Keep inventory of books and update the stock quantity on a weekly basis
Receive new inventory of books from vendors and inform the concerned faculty\department chairs on the availability of the new books
Keep the faculty and department chairs informed on the inventory of books available
Contact the book publishers to resolve any issues with the books received
Prepare schedules for the distribution of books to students
Distribute the books to students as per the schedule
Ensure the correct amount is received by the finance department for the books distributed
Resolve any issues students have regarding the books distributed
Prepare a report of the number of books distributed for each semester of the college
Prepare a report for the faculty\department chairs showing the number of students who have received books and who have not received books
Prepare a summarized report for the college dean mentioning the amount of books distributed and the total amount collected for the books
Job Responsibilities
Manage IT tickets and assign the tickets to respective technicians( IT staff )
Provide IT Support whenever requested.
Check and print ID cards for new students and staff
Resolve students issues with Blackboard, Banner accessibility
Oversee the installation of new IT equipment in the campus

• Gane Time Admin ( Time keeping software ) for all the divisions of the company
• Train the time keepers of various divisions on the time keeping portal (Entering the In and out times of employees against the correct job codes and job activity) used to update the times of employees on a daily basis
• Analyze and signoff the timesheets submitted by timekeepers on a monthly basis
• Carry out procurement procedure from raising Requisition Orders to making GRN’s ( good’s received note ) in COINS
• Carry out workflow delegation process for various users on the COINS ERP system
• Upload and update the suppliers details onto the COINS ERP system

• Assist the HR in managing the manpower of the company

• Allocate manpower to the sites, make daily manpower allocation report and get it approved by the management.
• Maintain the IMS manual of the company according to ISO standards

• Prepare requisition orders for Head Office and camp requirements
Assist the Procurement officer in the preparation of LPO’s and documenting the same
• Involved in Google analytics rating process for various clients like eBay, Newegg, Amazon, etc.
• Audited tax and shipping rates of 300 online clients
• Review the audit done by team members and solve the issues in the audit process if any
• Prepare daily report of the number of client’s websites audited and submit it to the management
• Download, review and screen the candidate’s profile’s and background verification
• Send the candidate’s details to agencies for background verification. Simultaneously, get medical tests conducted for the candidates by medical test agencies
• Conduct a computer based test for the successful candidates and the results were submitted to the respective HR managers
