• Handle site operations including genset monitoring, electrical sensors diagnostics, emergency breakdowns, and corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance scheduling (PMS) and corrective maintenance as per OEM standards.
• Execute performance testing and commissioning of gensets after service and breakdown repair.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Sea 8610 controllers for genset synchronization, load sharing, and protection settings.
• Perform vibration analysis and condition monitoring to detect early mechanical/electrical faults.
• Plan spare parts requirements, raise material requisitions, and manage stock inversion to avoid shortages.
• Prepare and update failure reports, operational reports, and service job orders in ERP systems.

KTA38, KTTA38, KTA 50, QSK45, QSK60, Volvo D13/D16, and BEML
B(S)6D140 diesel engine of Excavator, Dumper, Wheel Loader, Dozer,
Motor Grader and Shovel etc.
▪ Diagnosed faults, inspected components, and prepared detailed
dismantling and failure reports.
▪ Coordinated with planning and parts departments to ensure timely
