Primary duties involve giving full assistance to the General Manager in the discharge of day to day functions.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the General Manager, reviews contents, determines importance, and distributes to appropriate staff.
Keeps and maintains an orderly, updated and systematic filing systems for confidential records, contracts, staff files and other correspondences.
Administration of Staff Attendance and Payroll.
Handling the Administration and Finance operations of the Nursery.
Assist the Director in ensuring the safety and and well-being to the students are being prioritized.
Maintaining and updating the staff Personal Files. Responsible for processing / renewal of Staff visa, Resident Permit, health Card & Medical Certificate.
