Sr. Recruitment Specialist servicing the job requirements of clients from the Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Finance and Banking, and IT industries in Singapore, India, Malaysia, Australia, China, Hongkong, Indonesia and the Middle East.

• Screening profiles (Senior & Middle level Managerial Positions) for Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Manufacturing, BPO, Furniture and Agriculture verticals both locally and internationally (Middle East & Asia Pac). Conducting preliminary round of interviews with the candidates and evaluating them for the final interviews with the clients.
• Designing advertisements for publication on the various leading Job portals and social networking sites.
• Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Personal Interview, CV Writings, and Interviews Coordination and Follow ups etc.
• Executive Search/Head Hunting and maintaining a confidential database of Senior Executives within the industry.
• Preparation of offer letters or employment contract to successful candidates under the company’s employment. Job offer and salary negotiation to candidates
• Coordination of interview schedules

•Examines and verifies employee information processed by automated human resources systems.

RECRUITMENT
•Recruitment and selection of staff, working closely with managers in ensuring recruitment deliverables are achieved to the highest standards. Ensures proper sourcing of applicants by coordinating with various institutions and employment agencies, advertising in leading newspapers.
•Coordinates in-depth and technical interview schedules for applicants who successfully pass the pre-screening.
•Assist with various recruitment initiatives such as informational sessions and responding to email and phone inquiries.
•Interviews and recommends qualified candidates for open positions. Conducts reference checks. Handles orientation and paperwork for new hires and sends rejection letters to candidates not selected.
•Coordinates all new hires activities within the company.
•Prepare and administer transfer, signing of the company policies and procedure forms and other new hires documents.
•Coordinates and manages the relationship with recruitment vendors across the globe.
•Process employment visa, work permit renewal, contract preparation and renewal, ticket bookings and hotel arrangement for new hires.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
•Processes disciplinary and corrective actions.
•Conducts coaching and counseling sessions.
•Ensures consistent application of company policies and procedures.
•Attends to employees needs, handles people issues and grievances.
•Manages dispute resolution procedures.
•Processes employee separation
IMMIGRATION
•Processes documents related on visa processing: work, visit and business visa
•Monitors all requirements related on employee exits (Exit permit, RP cancellation)
•Monitors RP renewal, Health Card application and renewal.
•Assists company representative in all immigration related procedures for new hires: medical, blood group, finger printing and RP application.

Recruitment Functions
•Recruitment and selection of staff, working closely with line managers in ensuring recruitment deliverables are achieved to the highest standards Ensures proper sourcing of applicants by coordinating with various academic institutions and employment agencies, advertising in leading newspapers.
•Assist with various recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, college fairs, informational sessions and responding to email and phone inquiries.
•Prepares paperwork necessary for submission to the immediate superior, such as weekly and monthly Manpower status reports.
•Conducts background investigation for new employees.
•Prepares psychological report of the applicants.
•Conducts HR interviews.
•Administers IQ and psychological exams to applicants.
•Coordinates all new hires activities within the company.
•Prepare and administer transfer, signing of ethics forms and other new hires documents.
•Provide advice, assistance and counsel on local manpower laws and regulation to ensure compliance on labor standards.

Employee Relations Functions
•Provide advice and assistance to employees on Human Resource matters such as discipline, company benefits, performance management system, employee communication, government benefits, training and general employee services.
•Coordinates and conducts investigation of cases involving infractions committed by personnel.
•Develops/designs systems and formulates policies and guidelines for the efficient and effective management of the employee relations function.
•Ensures the prompt delivery of necessary employee services and coordinates with the concerned parties on any modification needed to improve current procedures and guidelines on this matter.
•Solicits and gives feedback from/to employees to ensure that their needs are addressed properly in keeping with the harmonious labor and management relationship objective.
