Deliver employment offer & other documents to submit during joining, carryout all the activities & up to date personal records during the day of joining. Check duty roster for any inconsistency in attendance.
Collect all overtime claim sheet from concerned person & check.
Overtime entry & ensure monthly OT report in right time.
Manpower planning of staff nurse & PCA (PatientCareAssistant).
