•Coordinates recruitment requirement of the respective Fleet Team through the MPO (R & R)
•Screening of the applicants as per DOCMAP Recruitment criteria and forward the suitable applicants to the respective Fleet Team after approval from MPO (R & R)
•Coordinates technical interview schedule of the seafarer applicants with the respective Fleet Team
•Assist in the documentation of the New Recruits and provide Monthly recruitment report
•All new entrants CES & PI test undertaken and relevant recruitment documents forwarded to respective Fleet Team after approval from MPO (R & R)
•Entry of all details of the successful New Recruits in Adonis
•Coordinate with Training Coordinator for the New Recruits Induction
•Complete the documentation of the New Recruits as per pre-joining Administration Checklist and handover the documents to the respective Team MPO’s
•Providing after office hours coverage as appropriate
•Supervise applications for flag state licences/endorsements.
•Complete Visa Documentation and co-ordinate with Agents for LOI
•Prepare Miscellaneous letters where required.
•Arrange local travel & hotel accommodation as required.
•Co-ordinates with local shipping bodies for issuance of relevant documentation.
•Updating accurately personal data (officers) / activities (Riding Crew) in Database in liaison with Marine Personnel Officer and checking previously entered information.
•Maintaining accurate personnel records (both electronic and hard copy files) of all crew in current employment within assigned Team. Ensure documents and photographs of seafarers are scanned into Database and old scanned documents deleted.

Initial Role - Management of Change Assistant (Training & Development) in the same company for 24 months.
>Providing Guidance on document control issues to end users; revising, publishing and distributing various types of documentations.
>Providing training on management system software to administrative and end-users (ship/shore staff).
>Providing support to document authors/owners, document reviewers and Teekay Marine Services in general.
>Running the data integrity processes.
>Implementing various system maintenance requirements.
>Supervised and increased effectiveness and efficiency of operational systems and processes to support organization’s mission through Change Management .
>Prepared monthly activity reports and supervised the maintenance of organizational database/archive and administration files.
>Maintaining Document Control System .
Supporting and Coordinating Emergency Response Team in terms of SOPEP/SMPEP/COFR requirements.
>Providing training on management system software to administrative and end-users (ship/shore staff)
