* Responsible for assisting the Recruitment Team with job advertisements, interview scheduling and document collection to help with the shortlisting of candidates
* Provides overall administrative support to the Recruitment Team and maintains the new employee file system.
* Helps maintain the Nation Hospital candidate tracking system and provides notification letters to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
* Collects candidate documentation at the appropriate time for qualified candidates, including documentation for licensure applications (as appropriate)
* Assists with sourcing active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Monster etc
* Assists with the planning of meetings, and recruitment events (including job fairs, walk in interview days, traditional and social media advertising etc.)
* Coordinates new employee starting dates and processing of paperwork associated with the hiring of newly hired and transferred employees.
* Update the recruitment section of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and transfers the new employee information to the employee relations section of the HRIS.
* Ensures that the hard copy Employee Personnel File is complete before handing over to the Employee Relations Team and is compliant with JCI and HAAD requirements.
* Notifies the concerned Department / Section Head about the pending arrival of new employees and ensures the Department / Section Head provides the name and contact details of the departmentally assigned “buddy” for the new employee.
* Liaises with the Housing Coordinator regarding the assignment of housing (temporary / permanent) for the new employee.
* Maintains the Employee License hard copy file, ensuring that all licenses filed are up to date.
* Active participation in the departmental quality initiatives
* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the department’s JCI commitments, ensuring that the department is ready for inspection by the JCI / HAAD inspectors at any time
* Performs other related duties incidental to the work described, directly or through delegation
* Responsible in selling and branding of products* Discussing of product features to customers* Providing excellent communication skills to customers, visitors and colleagues
* Attending to customers' needs and concerns (Customer Service) for their satisfaction
* Building productive trust relationship with customers
* Training of New Staff and applicants for actual sales skills test
* Arranging of Stocks and Product Display
* Responsible in Cash Flow of the store* Responsible in Daily Cash Count
* Encoding of Daily and Monthly Sales Report

* Arranging and filing of receipts for Monthly Expenses
* Responsible in pooling and/or sourcing of applicants.* Schedules Initial and Final Interview for backroom positions.* Conducts Interview for Scheduled, Walk-Ins and Referral Applicants.
* Administer IQ and Psychological Tests.
* Scheduling of Membership Orientation Program.
* Responsible in receiving and checking of requirements.* Scheduling and endorsing of applicants for their Job Test.
* In-charge in Deployment of new members.* Preparing new members' documents (201 file) to be endorsed to Admin.
* Endorsing 201 files to Admin.
* Daily encoding of applicants. * Preparing and sending of HR Recruitment weekly and monthly reports.* Communicates with Public Employment Service Office (PESO) for Job Fair Schedule
* Updating Manpower Plantilla.
* Responsible in all recruitment process (e.g. pooling of applicants, scheduling interviews, initial and panel interview, administer IQ and Psychological tests, job offer, job orientation and the like). * Administers some government and company benefits of employees. * Issues Memorandum, Announcements, Warning Letters and the like * Policy Development and implementation * Filling of employees documents (201 file) and other hr documents and forms * Updating Employees Profile and Manpower Plantilla * Employee Relations *Company wide committee facilitation *Company employee and community communication *Employee services and counseling *Administering day to day HR functions.
