- Plan the operational requirements as per the upcoming jobs.
- Make daily inventory checks, keep records.
- Communicate the inventory status to supervisors and know the requirements.
- Ensure the availability as per the requirements, and communicate.
- Coordinate with the suppliers, transportation as well as procurement team.
- Direct visits to the supplier’s sites, and ensure quality, readiness, on time delivery.
- Review of work scope assigned by the suppliers on different repair jobs.
- Prepare the documents for asset management and load outs.
- Administration of the automated report generation system.
- Create work orders through the cloud system and follow ups.
- Filing documents and updating to management systems.
- Liaise between third party service providers and operation team to ensure the smooth service
delivery.
- Maintaining the MD calendar, coordinating meetings, drafting routine correspondence,
proofreading moderately complex documents, preparing spreadsheets, coordinating travel
arrangements, maintaining files, processing financial forms and acting as a department resource
in answering questions or directing concerns to the appropriate person.
- Coordinating special projects, analyses, committee meetings, agenda and minutes.
- Interacting heavily with the Marketing Coordinator to achieve hospital goals. S/he must be
technically savvy and possess a keen ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks to support and
manage daily operations of the office.
- Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Monitor and control business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
- Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
- Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
