• Responsible in answering all customer’s inquiries thru phone and emails
• Assist customers in phone booking
• Provides hotel quotation to customers
• Confirms hotel reservations for customers
• Creates reservation of customers in hotel system
• Coordinates with different Travel Agencies for their customers bookings
• Processes reservations by email, telephone, fax or central reservation systems
• Handle guest complaints
• Processes cancellations and modifications as necessary
• Making arrangements for guest’s travel packages

company for almost 3 years with the following job responsibilities:
