Communicate with Airline and hotels to sign the contract for best promotional corporate deals
• Communicating with passenger and corporates to solve their issue related to travel & tours
• Driving marketing initiatives and achieve desired targets.
• Mapping & analyzing business potentials identify new profitable tie-ups.
• Identifying various promotional activities to secure profitable business.
• Tenacious and flexible in high-pressure work situations.
Receive ticket and hotel requests through email or physical documents, verify their accuracy and
completeness.
• Forward flight recommendations with the different prices, timings, etc. to the customer to help with the right
tools to make the decision.
• Advise customers on travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, etc. related to the holiday package to ensure a
positive experience.
• Book tickets and hotels upon confirmation of the desired parameters and attempt to cross-sell or up-sell with
additional Leisure products if applicable.
• Gather all the required documents/information for processing the requests such as visa, IDL, etc.• Collect cash or another form of payment following booking and ensure that payment is reflected in the CRM
system
• Conduct daily reconciliation of cash/payment deposits with bookings made and ensure that these two
components match. Reports discrepancies, if any.

• Provide the highest level of service to sell all product Airline tickets, Hotels, Travel Insurance, Visa
assistance, Rent A Car, Cruise, etc services and to assist VIP customers with managing their travel plans.
• Ensured the highest standard of customer service is provided to customers, provide them with details on
tariff fares and actively issue tickets and sell related products.
• Issue tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that
the customer request is met to provide them with excellent service. Highlight to customers the legal
requirements covering their journey such as passport, visa & health requirements and other details such as
check-in place and time.
• Actively enhance company revenue earnings by providing options to customer on all products and services
such as ATG membership, stopovers, hotel bookings and upgraded fares.
• Actively be involved in suggesting new ideas and providing recommendations on the improvement of the
service provided, thereby increasing revenue and ensuring ATG success as a market leading IATA Travel
Agency.
• Deputise for the Customer Sales and Service Team Leader in their absence and provide help and support
to junior team members and assist in coaching and development activities.
• Achieve monthly sales revenue targets.
• Maintain 100% quality level for each customer engagement and booking.
