• Upload employee’s files in Archiving system.
• Coordinate a variety of day-to-day operational Human Resources programs and activities in order to provide support for the human resources team within HR’s operational plans, and adopted policies and procedures.
• Prepare attendance report of the moth for employees.
• Follow all relevant Human Resources’ policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others employees.
• Prepare and maintain all the Human Resource data up to date like there, personal data, salaries and vacation balance etc.
• Prepare and keep update Resign / Termination data and make record for the following documentation in this process, Clearance form, service Certificates, Final Settlements of employees.
• Co-coordinating with Payroll department for processing of payments to employees.
• Issuance and keep the passport of the company employees under safe custody.

• Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.

• Generate the various document control reports as required.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, third parties and suppliers as applicable
• Maintain the documents and records in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
