As manager delivery, heading the IIS product deployment and customization for projects worth $5 million and growing. A team of software, mechanical and electrical engineers working together to solve industry pain points and performance challenges.
Co-Founder and CTO
Co-founded NexMeals, an online food ordering app for both Android and iOS. NexMeals provides restaurants with connected mobile apps for their inventory, POS, floor, reservations and staff management. Not just that, it also provides white label mobile application for restaurant customers to order dine-in, takeaway, delivery and curbside orders.
Mobile apps are build using the latest tools and technologies including Swift, Android, PHP, AWS (Beanstalk, RDS), Google Firebase and secured with JWT.
Managed an engagement of 8 plus mobile and cloud projects with a team size of 30 resources. Multilevel Marketing mobile applications and cloud based services.
•OneOps-Azure: Continues application lifecycle management tool is being integrated with Microsoft Azure.
•Messaging Next Gen: Server implementation for messaging app using micro-services, AWS Beanstalk and DynamoDB.
•Internet of Things: Components that Mobile app developers can use to connect apps with BLE devices for healthcare and home control. Read and share data with cloud.
•Mobile Media: syncs with secure media vault and gives access to complete media catalogue directly from mobile device.
•Mobile Message: links to member account to automatically build your address book. Send and receive multimedia messages to everyone on the team through your smartphone.
•Mobile Prospecting: enables direct sales reps to professionally and efficiently build their business. By establishing a private network with prospects and customers.
•Mobile Events: create, arrange and broadcast events.
•Cloud Based Service: enables you to easily publish audio, video and product content to your customers and direct-sales representatives that is accessed from suite of Mobile Applications.

Managed a profile of games released under the flag of ngmoco DeNA. I helped bridge the gap between product managers at DeNA (US and Canada office and development teams in Lahore. Work estimation, scheduling, oversight, delivery and managing expectation of stake holders from executive management to management in DeNA offices.
•Lead a team of 1 tech PM, 2 APMs and 35 resources.
•Oversight of live games, events, tournaments, maintenance and feature development.
•Streamlined supply chain between graphics, development, QA and game designers.
•Worked with executive management in brainstorming and implementing ideas for improving KPIs
Managing iPhone and Android gaming projects. Delivered Mini Empires game by Midverse, number one role playing game on appstore, number 30 in overall, featured in New and Noteworthy across UK, Australia and France. Midverse is a new startup by same entrepreneurs who started Gameview Studios, now owned by DeNA. Managed three projects (Mini Empires, xDoc, Hollywoodapps) in parallel with a cumulative team size of 30 engineers. With my technical experience of 8 years, I am also helping the team on technical challenges, algorithms and optimizations.

Staff Engineer / Solutions Architect
As a principle engineer, I was responsible for architecting, initial creation, feature enhancement, and ongoing development of many of the xDoc software drivers, which are the core modules the product uses to parse and publish content. More-over, I am also providing off-shore consultancy and support to various clients like Cisco, PTC and JPMorgan Chase
Shifting from using technologies to building technologies. A technology to convert unstructured content to structured content so that can be stored, indexed, queried and published to other forms. Development of xDoc MS Office modules which parse the binary formats of word, excel and power point. Convert the binary unstructured content to XML structures with all the content formatting, positioning, tables, header footer. Enhanced the open source general publishers like FOP to publish the specific office to PDF with 90% feature fidelity
Started the career from building a Visual network diagram designer in Visual C++ using the full breadth of MFC. Worked in J2EE (JSP, Struts, Servlets, Controllers), ASP.NET, classic ASP and coldfusion MX. Designed a DVD rental portal using J2EE design patterns specified by unified Rational Rose (controller, Action, Dispatcher, Service to Worker).
