Managing the service provider and their service performance are in comply with contract and SLA’s & KPI’s
Ensure that all service provider services carried out are in comply with relevant statutory and mandatory requirements and to a standard aligned with customer/Stakeholder expectations.
Liaise with the service provider to ensure the works on site are carried out within defined parameters and to the Stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsible for all daily/weekly/monthly operation activity carry out as per schedule.
Improving assets/equipment life cycle and efficiency client satisfactory.
Asset Capturing and inventory maintaining.
Preparing PPM Master List.
Engraining to schedule PPMs/RM/CM & Completion within SLA & KPI’s
Attend technical meetings with Engineer/ Manager and the Consultant.
Weekly attending Meeting of Minutes (MOM) with Engineer/The Consultant.
Conducting Meeting with Engineer, Consultant, and contactor for pending issues.
Completion and follow up of PPM works as per schedule.
Completion, Estimation and Monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Works.
Update PPM and other Documents required for the Site works.
Supervising and operating of Carrier Centrifugal Water-Cooled Chiller Plant, Model No.19XR Carrier,
Coordinate with Sub-Contractor to repair and PPM as per Schedule by (Maxco)
Supervising on boiler and coordinate with Sub-Contractor to repair and PPM as per schedule by (Faisal Jasim).
Performing of PPM as per schedule.
Assigning staff for CM/RM work as per CAFM on daily basis.
Update PPM and other Documents required for the Site works.
Attend technical meetings with Engineer/contractor and weekly progress meetings with the Engineer and Manager.
Reviewing daily Chiller running log sheet.
Completion daily PM plan as per schedule for chiller.
Completion of HVAC works related to Package units, VRV’s, Split Ac’s and AHU’s
Coordinating with Sub Contractor (Daikin) to repair and overhaul Chillers.
Attend technical meetings with consultant/client/contractor and weekly progress meetings with the client.
Non Destructive Test Level2 UV Filtration system.
