Executive Secretary & Foreign Purchase Specialist
 Responsible for all the administrative operations.
 Arrange for Chairman’s overseas travels (reservation, arrangements, accommodation…etc.)
 Receive phone calls on behalf of the Chairman and take memos.
 Handling all the incoming / outgoing documents related to the Chairman
 Carrying out all the administrative tasks including airlines, hotel reservations, arranging appointments for the foreign guests
 Handling all communication & correspondences with foreign suppliers.
 Following up quotations and compare prices between different suppliers.

 Following up with the financial department to effect deposit payments of new contract and balance payments for executed shipments.
 Contacting shipping lines and forwarders to get the best offers and services.
 Following up with the shipping lines and forwarders to track executed shipments.
 Reviewing the shipments documents and making sure of its accordance to the customs requirements.
 Following up the insurance company to issue insurance certificate for each imported shipment.
 Following up with the financial department to insure that shipping documents are attested from the bank and that Application (4) has been affected.
