- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress;
coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Establishing and maintaining coordination between company staff,
client, construction contractors and packages vendor's
representatives.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Motivating the project team to efficiently, economically, and
satisfactorily completing the project within the allocated time and
budget to ensure its on-schedule completion within or below the
estimated budget and to the satisfaction of the company and client.

- Coordinate the engineering activities of subcontractors and any outside

- Evaluate procurement and fabrication decisions that affect engineering,
and transmit information on these changes to the Project Engineering
- Assigned and functional engineering groups.
- Provide technical advice, interpretation and assistance to procurement
and fabrication units.
- Administer the document control plan. With the assistance of the
Document Control Clerk, control the distribution of documents on shop.
- Ensure that all engineering documentation is completed, all approvals of
engineering documents are obtained and that all engineering files are
properly stored and retained.
- Preparation of documentation related to technical non-conformances and
for preparation of as-built.

Tekla structure program, in PEP & Special Steel Structure
Buildings.
