Job Responsibility as a Projects Manager
• Analyzing bids and projects documents including (specifications, plans...etc.) to
prepare offers or tenders files including technical and commercial issues complying
with project requirements and the international standards of 0.1 up to 36 kV
switchgears.
• Ensures the quality of contract execution from the technical, commercial,
administrative and financial viewpoints to fulfill all contract obligations to ensure
customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Internal and external follow-up and coordination with the support division functions,
suppliers, sub-contractors, customer, and all the stakeholders to deliver the project &
achieve customer satisfaction.
• Provide 1st level technical support to the sales team and the customers.
• Technically and commercially responsible for the project during execution.
• Follow up projects execution until delivered to the client and ending of the warranty
period.
• Managing all project activities from start up to final factory acceptance test (FAT),
including fabrication, commissioning and site services.
• Project risks and opportunities management (technical, commercial and financial).
