From December 2012 to present Worked as Project Engineer in HSBC bank - Project and Co-Operate other Banks Project like CIB, CAE, Elmashreq, and BNP Banks
Key Responsibilities
Overall in-charge of the HSBC Project to meet all the requirements of the Project/Contract.
Establish baseline requirements for the project with the Client and develop estimates
Ensure project kick-off and initial planning
Review the project plan with the client.
Ensure compose Process guidelines are followed for coming up the initial probability of meeting the Projects objectives (quality and Process performance objectives)
Track all aspects of the project - scope, schedule, effort, staff, SCM, risks, issues etc. Identify corrective and preventive actions if the project performance deviates from the plan. Re-plan the project accordingly.
Shifts priorities, changes style, and responds with new approaches as required by changing demands and/or conditions.
Prepares risk analysis and action plan to mitigate the risks & Member of health & safety committee inside Contrack-FM company
Ensure client meets contractual obligations
Obtain client sign-off for deliverables
Manage project issues and risks
Ensure formal decision making process for project critical decisions
Understand and monitor the scope of project and Statement of Work.
Maintain Change Request Log; ensure effectiveness of change management activities.
Obtain final sign-offs from the client, prepare closure report, archive project information, document and share lessons learned.
Develop and monitor project plans and processes (timely, quality output, and within budget).
Ensure efficient resource utilization and profitability of project assigned including completing the reports and requisitions for additional resources.
Manages time entry for all team members and manages utilization
Focus on managing information and associates, Responsible for information flow to proper areas
Sub-contractors & Vendor Management
Tracking of SLAs with Vendors & sub-contractors
Estimates cost for projects
Maintains budget for projects.
Provide monthly report to management on project performance
Provide technical guidance and direction to operation’s staff consist of fifty persons
oversee in installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning new projects or any new branches modifications
From July 2010 to December 2012 Worked as Resident Engineer in HSBC - Main Office
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain the building, and related systems, including environmental, electrical, building automation, plumbing, and mechanical systems, HVAC systems and light current systems
Provide technical guidance and direction to operation’s staff consist of fifteen persons
Ensure the completion of scheduled corrective and preventative maintenance service to building systems as assigned
Analyzing and reporting for any special case of emergency
Manages an inventory of equipment, tools, spare parts and consumables such as identified and record items kept at building. Maintains inventory records of items in stock and usage.
- Study HVAC projects and make Technical offer and Finance offer
- Inspect the sites of new projects
- Follow up the consultant comments
- Helps in hand over some projects
From September 2008 to November 2009 Worked as technical engineer in national department
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the finical offer as required Bill of Quantity & Technical Data
Handle Submittals of project which include (Air handling units - Fan coil units - Filters - Fan sections - Cooling & heating coils - Sound attenuators - Cooling towers - Pumps-Chillers) equipments
Follow the modification of the projects until meets consultant needs
hand over required equipments to the contractors
From November 2009 to May 2010 Worked as technical engineer in international department
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the finical offer as required Bill of Quantity & Technical Data
Handle Submittals of project which include (Air handling units - Fan coil units - Filters - Fan sections - Cooling & heating coils - Sound attenuators - Cooling towers - Pumps-Chillers - Package units) equipments
Follow the modification of the projects until meets consultant needs
Shipping the required equipments to the contractors as the shipping rules which reduce the cost
