Project : East regional road utilities project for the new admnistrative capital
Owner : New Adminstrative Capital Authority
Contractor : Concord for engineering and contracting
Total buddget : 1280 million EGP
project scope:
- main urgent water line with total lengh of 6000 meter and diameters from 900 mm to 1400 mm (PCCP) prestressed cylender conceret pipes including all chambers (close, air, wash, water hummer, flow meter) and it’s hydroulic installations.
- all sewer, storm, water, irregation networks with total lengh about 180 km for North and South Ben Zayeed roads wich consist of different types of pipes according to diameters (UPVC, HDPE, PCCP, RC, Steel, Dactile) 100 mm to 3000 mm and manholes, cach basin, all chambers, close boxes, fire hydrantes.
- all light poles and it’s caples.
- all hydrolic installation for Strategic tank and it’s pumps.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination between our bureau, owner, contractor and general design consultant (ECG)
- Supervision for all infrastructure and construction works to meet the quality in planed schedule.
- Approval and reviewing for the shop drawing.
- Approval for all materials submittals.
- Manage the supervision team.
- Reporting to the owner and the director.

- Rainwater Drainage Project in Alqarya Alolya city, which includes the extension of PVC and GRP pipes, the construction of manholes, curbdains, and all infrastructure works for new compound with a total cost 35 million Saudi Reyals .
- Dammam University Naeriya branch including 14 buildings from foundation to finishing with a total cost 114 million Saudi Riyals.
- Construction of windbreaks in Al-Kulaib municipality, which consists of extending a 25, 000-meter long irrigation network, constructing ground tanks, pumping rooms, planting 12, 000 trees and protection steel fence.
-Al-Amgad private school project in Hafr Al-Batin city with 25000 m2.
- Construction of the building of the Municipality of Qulayb and the attached structures on an area of 5000 m2.
- The project of a Central Market building with an area of 2000 m2.
- Construction project of workers housing and equipment garage.
- Building a cultural center at acost of 30 million riyals.
- Development and construction of several main and internal roads with width ranging from 10 m to 60 m and total lengths exceeding 15 km.
