• Responsible, handling sales unit and managing a team of property & senior property consultants.
• Ensure all prospects on database are visited periodically and provided with detailed comprehensive presentation of
the company’s products and offerings.

Provide sound investment advice to potential buyers
Present real estate properties (Residential, commercial & retail) in the best light to promote sales and offer financing advice based on each client's needs.
Over achieving targets by 5 to 10% with average sales of 50 million EGP annually and contributing to the achievement of overall Company sales targets.
Develop and maintain effective client relationships
Complete all stages of the sales cycle for syndicate and retail brokerage sales
Handling more than 10 local and gulf institutional clients with more than 100 sub-accounts
Contributed in increasing the volume of executions of the institutional desk by 5% monthly, with an average of 300 million total volume of monthly executions.
Trading of local equities and stocks, providing recommendations and investment decisions.
Applying fundamental and technical analysis in evaluating equities, firms and markets.
Attract new clients and maintaining a long-term client relationship.
IGCSE certificate ,straight A’s in (Business-Economics-Accounting)
