Manage daily Plant Operations while Reviewing P&L targets of Site running with a focus on Safety &
3P’s (people, product, and profit).
- Respect Manufacturing & Operation corporate strategy while keeping an eye on market trends within
Top line, Supply Chain, RM/Pm, Production constraints, Engineering/TPM, Projects planning, and
regulatory affairs requirement to ensure the company achieves short/long-term objectives.

- Own Plant Scorecard, follow up, and correct deviations regarding raw & pack. Usage variance,
wastes, overall equipment efficiency (OEE), availability, and quality rate.

- Provide strategic direction to internal corporate teams on the design of new innovations and the
deployment of new product developments (NPD) at the shop floor level.
- Responsible for reviewing team performance, appraisals, recruitment, and training needs.

• lead and manage project team, site activity and project execution from the start to completion of the
project.
• Ensure project adherence to budget and within agreed timescales, communicating all issues and
progress with the management team weekly / Monthly.
• Run monthly reviews to ensure accountability of project activities and the accurate and timely reporting
of financial deliverables compared with Project budget.
• oversee the installation of the equipment, machinery and all civil, building and engineering works
involved in the project.

Key achievements/projects:
• Maintained Bel Quality Management System for Bel manufactured products within MENA Zone.
• Established the manufacturing and packing procedures (SOP’s) and follow up gaps in 3rd party and
company owned setups to ensure smooth distribution.
Established Vendor approval system by auditing suppliers and closing audit gaps.

Key achievements/projects:
• Optimize Export Factory operation, improve operating Capacity to 12 filling and packing Lines,
• improve utilization, effective running, maximize availability, minimize down time and reinforce highest
quality gaining.
• Responsible for delivery of agreed production planning as per agreed standards within minimum
financial parameters while respecting lines utilization and cascading of Operational KPI’s.

•Support in Creation / innovation of several Dairy products and flavored ice Cream/ RTD / Dolce /

(Movenpick range and custom-made categories).
-UHT yoghurt plain & with fruits (Nestle).
-Maintained Nestle Quality Management System (N.Q.M.S)/ FSMS (ISO 22000) for all manufactured
products at Nestle Site.
