1- Responsible of preparing Operating Expenses Budget & Capital Budget, Sales Budget and Manpower Budget yearly for the Company.

2- Performing control upon Both Op. Expenses Budget and Capital Budget during the year by monitoring the utilization on both of them, verifying & approving All the Release Transactions from both budgets through Oracle Purchasing R-12 and ensure correctly allocating to proper accounts.

3- Participating in preparing Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements which we are sending to our Mother Company \[ Main ADNOC \] and preparing all the required analysis, what if scenarios required for these Financials Statements.

4- Key member in the Team who is responsible to prepare the KPI's on Company Level, Division Level and the impact on all the Master Budgets.

5- Key member in the Team who is responsible to prepare the 5 years Master Plan of the Company and the impact of this on the Master Budget.

6- Key Member in the Main Implementation Team of Latest ERP system \[Oracle Version R-12\] \[all the modules\] The Team was responsible to make all the converting required from the current Oracle 11-i & Maximo to Oracle R-12.

7- Key Member in the Main Implementation Team of Oracle Hyperion Planning & Budgeting 11.1.1 whom were responsible of fixing the Hyperion System and links between the ERP under Hyperion Dash Board.

8- Responsible of Maintaining the Chart of Accounts and doing any updating or modifications in all the accounts - Super User in All ERP Modules.

9- Member in the Cost Reallocation Team whom are responsible for building and applying all the rules for Reallocating The Operating Expenses of the whole Company.

10- Doing all kind of financial researches or analysis related to Op. Expenses of the Company, which requested by the Management & Board of Directors.

11- Preparing all year-end Presentations, Monthly & quarterly Reports \[Budget, Annual Reports&Financial Statements for the Board of Directors.
