Project: Mivida Facility Management Buildings, Villas and Service Roads (248, 000, 000 EGP) Owner: Emaar Misr
ScopeofEmployer'sContract:
Emaar Misr requires construction of five facility management buildings and service roads for Parcels (49, 19) inside Mivida compound in new Cairo.
Buildings scope includes Earth Works, Concrete Works, Finishing, MEP HVAC and Fire Fighting networks in order to handover turnkey buildings to Emaar.
Villas scope includes all concrete works and external finishing (Plaster, Paints, Stone, Marbel, GRC) for 202 Villas.
Service Roads scope includes civil and asphalt works, mechanical and electrical infrastructure and tie in with existing networks.
SpecificDutiesand Responsibilities/ScopeofWork:
1) Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
2) Determine manpower and equipment requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
3) Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with specs and safety codes, and other regulations.
4) Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients.
5) Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Project: Contract NO. 021-C05R, Development of Buffer Zone
Owner: Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Royal Commission in Jubail
Scope of Employer's Contract:
The Royal Commission requires development of approximately 54 hectares of land along tareeg 6 for commercial and retail use.
The scope required the following infrastructure systems as well as landscaping:
Roads, Storm Drainage, Potable Water, Sanitary Waste Water, Irrigation, Electrical Power, Street Lighting, Traffic Signaling, Telecommunication and Culverts.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities/Scope of Work:
1) Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
2) Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
3) Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
4) Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients.
5) Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with
consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
6) Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
7) Direct and supervise workers.
8) Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
9) Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
10) Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
11) Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction.
12) Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction site.

Project: SITE PREPARATION WORKS AT KHURAIS CENTRAL PROCESSING FACILITIES EXPANTION -CONTRACT BI-10-01506 KHURAIS AL CRUDE INCREMENT (137, 000, 000 S.R.)

Scope of Employer's Contract:
This project BI-10-01506 will install facilities to produce additional (stabilized barrels) of dry AL crude. It is proposed to install a fifth crude train at Khurais Central Processing Facilities to process an additional AL Crude Oil.
The project scope also includes a Satellite GOSP facility in the vicinity of the Abu Jifan and Mazalij fields south-west of Khurais, along with 65 km of 18” trunklines and 90 km each of 26“ and 16” gas and wet crude pipelines to Khurais.
The duration of site preparation package is 8 months.
Scope of Work:
1. Site Preparation including backfilling and rock excavation for (The main expansion area GOSP-5, new satellite GOSP, New helipad, COGEN Area) 5.50 million Cu.m of backfilling.
2. Asphalted access roads at CPF and satellite GOSP (24 km)
3. Isolation Fence in CPF and COGEN Area (14 km)
4. Re-route of affected existing potable/ fire water line, sewer force main
5. Street Lighting Poles Installation.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform the work following Aramco safety and quality specs, implementing HSE plan, HIP, Quality plan and ITPs
2. Determine manpower and equipment requirements to follow base line construction schedule.
3. Direct and supervise Superintendents and field engineers.
4. Take actions to deal with the results of delays and do recovery actions.
5. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction ( Mech., Elec. and Civil).
6. Study job specs to determine appropriate construction techniques and method of statement.
Project: Rehabilitation and Expansion of Cairo International Airport Terminal Building No 2 (TB2)

The project is financed by the World Bank (350, 000, 000 $) includes the construction of apron, taxiways and connection ways in 340.000-m2 area; the construction of a new terminal building connected to the current terminal building III and the construction of an airport hotel and a pier block.

The total area is 18 million m2, the main purpose is to increase the development of Sohag, increase the trade and touristic income. The scope of work is to construct the new fence around the airport, patrol roads, land development.
