- Customers Order Managements for all OBUs, Annual order values approx. SR: 800m
- Coordination with Sales Team for delivery schedule confirmation from customer.
- Ensure all formalities, like credit limits, legal documentations are met before issuing sales order.
- Coordination with finance, credit control department and pricing department to ensure correct price
margins in case of different promotions and trade rebate.
- Follow up with demand planning team, purchase, warehouse and import department to ensure delivery on
time.
- Responsible for internal control audit related to revenue recognition, contracts, services, etc.
- Properly management of any return product from customer.
- Ensure company policy is followed for any old and cancelled orders.
- Daily, Weekly and monthly meetings with demand planning purchase and sales to discuss current status and
action plan.
- Key role in liquidation non-moving inventory committee.
Design:
*Responsible for both administrative and technical activities of design section.
*Oversee the design quality planning, manage & coordinate the work among design work groups.
*Determine personnel requirements, train staff to perform their responsibilities, and build team work concept and staff motivation in the section.
*Perform continuous design reviews and improvement in existing products.
*Perform design verification and validation for the new products, to ensure conformity to specifications and fitness for use.
*Evaluate new products in accordance with design specification in coordination with Purchase and Quality Assurance Departments.
*Train staff to take up high responsibilities, built team and motivation in the section.
*Monitor design records, particularly drawings and references, ensuring that latest issues are issued to equesters whenever needed.
*Ensure to finish the design tasks within the stipulated time frames in cooperation with concerned departments, e.g. Sales Services, Production, Quality Assurance, etc.
Process Engineering:
*Oversee the new part number entry, bill of material creation, routing creation, and CNC programming processes.
*Plan and establish the economical process of production, defining the machines and operational sequence to produce the required product.
*Establish and define the manner and method of production, specifying instructions on how to produce the product, and ensure that the same is implemented in the shop floor.
*Oversee the review and verification of product design drawings and bill of materials to ensure that fabricated parts and components are appropriate to achieve the required product, and ensuring that all dimensions and tolerances are in range of specifications.
*Ensure that existing machines, equipment and tools are capable to produce the product design, and that production are equipped with the required tooling, jigs, fixtures and machine programs to produce the specified product at the right quality.
*Establish product design reviews with the aim of simplifying the manufacturing operations involved,
*Possibility of product standardization, and where appropriate, to suite mass production.
*Review and recommend new tools for production use, sourcing and evaluating supplier quotations, subject to the approval of the Manufacturing Manager.
*Ensure that any requirement for establishing and/or verifying time standards to properly define the operation cycle .
Implementation Composite insulator Factory:
Finalized the implementation of composite insulator factory; scope of work and responsibilities:
*The Project Manager for the whole project.
*Establish the Launch Budget for the project.
*Planning management for knowhow technical transfer, held all negotiations with different Licensors (Composite insulators manufacturers worldwide).
*Supervision of the plan procedures.
*Confer with vendors to determine product specifications, purchased machinery and equipment according to specifications and quality standards.
*Preparing all the documents and construction on the design, procedure, testing and engineering and safety.
*Scheduled a plan for training all the required department staff.
*Trained on products specifications and mold design, manufacturing procedures and quality control.
*Preparing for applying Type Test and Design test according to IEC standard.
Development of Cable accessories:
*Implementation of copper braid Line.
*Entering 132KV Link box and issued Type test Certificate.
*Entering new products such as 132 KV cable accessories.
*Development plan for current products Medium voltage up to 66 KV cable accessories.
*Design new products and amendment on Current Products by CAD procedures.
*Design, develop and test and/or source and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
*Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of machinery and equipment according to specifications and quality standards.
*Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
*Prepare current and new products to achieve Type test Certificate acc. To the international standards IEC, IEEE and CENELEC according to customers’ requirements for example, but not limited to KAHRAMA, KSA, DEWA, ADWEA, etc…. *Prepare high quality tender documentation, funding applications and projects proposals.
*Cooperate in the plan of development of current products and entering new products.
*Design new products and amendment on Current Products by CAD procedures.

*New product by 3D Design program (inventor).
*Lighting systems and lighting solutions for Indoor and Outdoor use.
*Cooperate with the staff in the study and the Design of new plastic product (Non-metallic conduits and fittings for electrical installations) to enter the list of the products of the company.
*Preparation of technical catalogue.
Study:
*Recommend methods for improving utilization of personals and material.
*Technical support, research and improvement and customer complain department.
*Preparation of Technical offers and seminars of lighting fixtures.
*Communicate with management and user personal to develop production and design standards.
Quality supervision:
