Design, implement and troubleshoot wireless network infrastructure to meet client needs.
· Conducts wireless site surveys and make corresponding recommendations and changes
based on survey results.
· Performs configuration, implementation of wireless access points, network management
systems and wireless security protocols such as LEAP/PEAP/WPA/AES
· Utilize wireless protocols and frequencies in the field.
· Install and configure wireless infrastructure hardware and software.

• Handling customers' calls & complaints in order to fulfill their requirements
in the most professional manner according to the departmental objectives.
• Duties and Responsibilities
• Receives DSL incoming calls directly with the customers to figure out the confronted problems in order to resolve it.
• Analyzes confronted problem and transfer it to responsible department if needed.
• Notifies the supervisor and report to him the escalated issues to minimizecustomer downtime.

• Manage projects related to new network systems or services.
• Design and document new or existing network systems and services.
• Install, maintain and manage the data and voice communication systems.

• Recover network systems after incidents.
• Analyze breakdown or problems, introduce and monitor corrective measures.
• Design procedures to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues.
