Setting clear and appropriate project objectives to be aligned with the organizational goals.
Assist project manager in determining the strategies and actions that shall be followed to achieve the project preset objectives.
Develop & issue Project Execution Plan.
Coordinate and follow up the assignment of the skilled resources with their functional managers to meet project goals and objectives.
Establish project organizational chart to elaborate the relationship between project stakeholders.
Establish consistent communication matrix to ensure proper communication and smooth reporting.
Expedite distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client and Project Manager.
Coordinate the utilization of interdisciplinary technical personnel on the project with PMT.
Responsible for timely interface with client to ensure that the client's expectations are satisfied.
Leading:
Ensure that the project team key members understand the contractual scope of work.
Ensure that the developed scope of work of multiple disciplines is in compliance with the requirements of the project contract.
Assist in determining schedules and budgets (MHRS) for contractual scope of work related to each discipline.
Ensure the project conforms to the client's approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Keep track of all communications between Company/Contractor/Third parties /Licensors
Accurate, timely and effective reporting to the Project Manager.
Prepare Monthly Progress Report for PM approval and client information.
Risk Management: Managing project risks by identifying project risks, including developing risk mitigation strategies.
Leadership skills to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards, including conducting quality control checks.
Skilled in problem-solving, including the ability to identify and address issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Team Management: Able to effectively manage project teams, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing feedback and support to team members.
Time management: Skilled in time management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
Monitor and track project progress and perform variance analysis for schedule/resource/revenue/cost against the approved plans and initiate/ recommend corrective actions.
Budget monitoring and trend tracking: Review and approve project invoices.
Review and consolidate reports on project progress in order to support Management decision-making.

- Technical experience in the field of design
starting from Conceptual study, FEED, detailed
engineering, procurement services of
instrumentation & control systems related to the
oil & gas field.

- Wide knowledge of codes, standards, and
practice applicable to design and installation of
instruments (e.g., API, ISA, ANSI, AGA, ISO and
IEC codes etc.)

- Perform all inspection activities (i.e., FAT or SAT)
related to commodities concerned as per
agreed ITP.

- Competency in design and SIL/ LOPA assessment
of safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) through
nationally recognized certificate (i.e. TUV FS
Eng.) according to IEC 61511.

- Participation in HAZOP/HAZID/SIMOPS
assessment session.

- Competency in selection, installation, inspection,
and maintenance of EX electrical apparatus in
potentially explosive atmospheres, through
national training and assessment according to
IEC 60079 standards & nationally recognized
certificate (i.e. CompEx Inspector)

- Responsible for construction completion, pre-commissioning, calibration, commissioning, and
start-up of all instrumentation and control system
contractual scope of work.

- Participation in defining the commissioning
Systems & Sub-systems with start-up & handover
to operation priorities.

- Good knowledge in calibrating, maintenance,
and troubleshooting for all instrument types.

- Responsible for flawless operation of the control
systems within the plant.

- Oversee system function and study performance
results to implement new processes to streamline
work processes.

- Troubleshoot and analyze the root cause of plant
failure and outages
