• Handed over the project manager duties after four months of the project start and recovered the backlog of the project activities of two months by applying a mitigation plan of increasing productivity rates and extending daily working hours.
• Restored control over mixed up Q/ C of the project after Q/ C engineer leaving taking over his duties, retrieving all missing data and records of welds and NDT, sorting them for the three pipelines and creating a tracking system to NDT results, repairs and retests.
