Measure the implemented Software solutions productivity and stability by engaging in review meetings with clients.
Acquire customers’ technical and business requirements and working on providing better Solutions to empower
customers’ businesses. Manage Simulation labs to test, examine, and confirm software features and customer
requirements. Assisting with Service Area management to control products cost (Spare parts consumption control,
Service team’s productivity, Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, overall Service revenue and profitability). Closely
working with
and intelligent workflows, presentations and demos while coordinating with
sales team. Present proposals, quotes, and suggest solutions based on customers’ requirements and needs. Supervise
Software POCs & Pilot phases. Lead escalations to 3rd party vendors. Plan for regular solutions health-check and
upgrades. Accelerate business growth by suggesting new product concepts, enhancements, and potential new
partnerships. Work on software & 3rd party vendors’ orders, licenses, and SLA contracts. Deliver direct functional
support to customers when modifications and/or enhancement.
