Analyse credit data Financial statements and bank statements.
•Ensure credit applications are proceeding within the approved lending parameters and within deviation caps approved by the proper bank authority.
•Ensure the standard operating procedures for credit underwriting, verification, documentation, delegation is complied with & detailed expectation & regularly reported to management.
•Communicate major deficiencies & policy violation to credit manager for follow up with recommending additions & modifications to credit policy, product manual & operational procedures.
•Alertness in detecting fraud application & ensure that good quality of credit application.
•Ensure daily productivity targets are met.
•Matching all the received applications against Core bank systems.
•Checking I score report / CBE Negative list to check credit history and DSR calculation.
•Forwarding the cases for further external verification (Home/ Business) as per policy.
•Updating the decisions of the cases on the appropriate systems analyse & process credit proposals and applications of SME file for approval or escalation credit manager within TAT.
•Regulate all approvals with credit policy.
•Perform portfolio analytics to identify areas of risk growth to facilitate appropriate policy changes while ensuring portfolio quality is maintained.
Operation in Account Opening: Unit from Feb 2013 till April 2014
•Open accounts and create chq for all type of loans (auto-PIL).
•Create, review and amended rate for CDS and FDS.
•Open SME'S account, Add On accounts and update SME'S account with commercial register with shareholder ratio and signatures.
•Create CIF for credit cards.
•Check dormant, closure and deceased accounts.
Analyse credit data and bank statements personal and company to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
•Regulate all approvals within the credit policy.
•Ensure credit applications are processed within the approved lending parameters and within deviation caps approved.
•Ensure the standard operating procedures for credit underwriting, verification and documentations are complied.
•Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earning, saving date and payment history.
•Reading financial briefings and making recommendation about procedural and policy changes.
•Gathering information about clients.
•Visiting clients.
•Undertaking risk analysis by developing statistical model.
•Helping to enhance the quality of credit applications.
•Using credit scoring systems for small credit amounts.
Booking all types of credit cards (Secured, unsecured), remove the collateral lien.
•Booking all types of pills (Secured, unsecured) and auto loans.
•Checker for auto Renewal, release and clearance letters
•Review the insurance policy
•Credit Control-monitor and report to business units' credit limits annual review /expiry date
•Review accounts classification, report delinquencies for follow up by business units.
•Credit files review and custody, placing copies of completed security/Collateral documents in files.
