Duties:
Promote the company brand to key buyers, ensuring their knowledge is current and appropriate.
Generating new business both in face to face meetings and over the phone.
Writing up concise, value-based sales proposals.
Replying to all customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Writing up sales reports, activity reports and revenue forecasts.
Completing all documentation and administrative records, fully and accurately.
Developing and maintaining a database of all contacts.
Duties:
Communicating with customers over the phone.
Making outbound calls to prospective businesses and gathering information.
Booking appointments for sales teams and making notes of dates for follow up calls.
Logging all phone calls and updating customer records with comments.
Making calls to a large volume of cold, warm and hot leads on a daily basis.
Able to build a strong awareness of competitors within the market.
Identifying areas in the market where you are able to develop new business.
Qualifying new leads in a team environment.
Basic computer skills such as Outlook, MS Office and knowledge of specialist telesales software.
Identifying customer needs and resolving customer queries.
Exceeding customer expectations through exceptional customer service.
• Sell bank products and services to customers to achieve business targets.
• Receive and advise customers and non-customers in order to satisfy their needs and build a long-term business relationship with them.
• Cross-sell other bank's products and services to existing customers to maximize bank's profitability.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to attract them.
• Follow up on delinquent customers to ensure full payment of the overdue amounts to minimize risk exposure.
• Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions are adhered to the banks policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with all departments of the bank to finalize sales process.
• Receive, handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner to maintain or increase customer satisfaction.
