• Understanding the business strategy for Avon Egypt, assessing the HR implications, defining & implementing an effective HR plan to support the business objectives
• Acting as a point of reference, providing advice and coaching to managers, Associates and the business and may work independently.
• Liaise with HR Regional/Global Support functions and carry out benchmarking with other markets and research to ensure alignment of processes.
• Works with Regional contacts where appropriate to assist in external benchmarking and research opportunities to develop local HR strategies and policy
• Ensure accurate reports, and statistical data are available for measuring KPIs.
• Implement engagement action plans and training plans for own group of functions timely.
• Drive & audit the performance management process for own group of functions to ensure it is effective along with the Talent management process timely.
• Directly Support recruitment for high calibers as required, providing guidance on the appropriate method and process, interview/assessment, recruitment agencies and all tools.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans by working with closely with the hiring managers.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions then Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Lead the company participation of all employments fairs according to the need and plan.
• Supports Short term assignment management including - Expats, relocation
• Supporting in C&B business related exercises including all Salary survey, adjustments, proposals etc. .
• Handle all HR communication to All Associates and stake holders through the proper channels and ensure the effectiveness
• Lead organization of all Associate events such as Communication meetings, gatherings etc.
• Executed Orientation program for all new hires
Managing the recruitment and selection of the best-qualified candidates for available vacancies
Designing and implementing policies and procedures relating to organizational development and facilitated the implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities
Managing the compensations & benefits process, including budget planning & salary reviews
Managing activities carried out by the personnel department including visa processing and residency for expats
Managing employees engagement & satisfaction surveys and implementing corrective actions
