- Provide support and advice to account operational teams and the wider business in all areas of Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (QOHSE) compliance and assurance.
- Establish and demonstrate QOHSE proactive drives align with business goals and implementing sustainable cultural/organizational change through creating partnerships
- Assist in the creation and coordination of annual audits and inspection schedules
- Performs reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies
- Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to international, local and other safety regulations
- Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, working collaboratively with them to achieve common goals and to share best knowledge and practice
- Manage the QOHSE team including Project HSE managers, Project QA/QC Managers
- Monitor and analysis the QHSE performance in all work locations
Establish, develop, train, implement & sustain QHSE management system in all sites, workshops & all parts of
the Company.
• Develop QHSE Policy based on Company’s Vision & Mission.
• Prepare all manuals - Quality & Safety Procedure, Operational Control Procedures / Work Instructions, Method
Statements, Inspection & Test plans (ITP’s) and develop various forms & formats for control.
• Report to the top management on the performance of the QHSE management system & any need for
improvement.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Ensure customer requirements are identified & addressed to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct QHSE Audits to identify the areas for improvement & continually improve the QHSE Management
System of the Company and also ensure maintain the procedures and forms up to date.
• Follow up with sites to assure the corrective/preventive actions have been taken.
• To chair the management committee review meetings and prepare the minutes.
• Ensure legal & safety compliances in all work places.
• Establish, plan & conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational policy &
objectives.
• To consolidate company training needs and submit annual training plan to General Manager for approval.
• Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the QHSE Management System & Training.
