•Conduct new product development and improvement of existing product, process and procedures
•Provide and/or update finished product specifications, raw/packaging material specifications and work in process specifications
•Responsible in the application of company licenses to operate and finished/raw material registration to government regulatory agencies
•Involve in the development of standards/requirements for the enforcement of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
•Serves as the Company Halal Assurance Coordinator
•Knowledgeable in food labelling requirements & nutritional value computation
•Verify QA analyst activities such as raw and packaging materials receiving inspection, in line monitoring, finished product evaluation, material/product rejection, sanitation audit, calibration procedures
