Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
●Responsible for targeting and ensuring timely completion of all drilling/ work over activities in the areas assigned as per GDO for Rigs.
●Worked in Extended Reach Drilling (ERD) wells with complex nature.
●Drilling ERD wells with latest technologies of Geosteering.
●Drilled ERD wells with complete losses.
●Drilled wells with TVD of 16400 ft in high pressure areas of Pakistan (Potwar area).
●Inspection of stage wise inventories / materials of wells as per policy schedule.
●Inspection and verification of certificates of service company as per company policy.
●Plan and supervision of Rig Mobilization.
●Ensure HSE standards implementation within Rig.
●Evaluate and Seek approval for material/ spares requirement for Rig FY.
●Finalize scope of work for mobilization /demobilization of Rig and MMLU.
●Work in close coordination and assist head ofice marketing team for optimum utilization of Rigs.
●Worked in Horizontal wells / Slant wells with MWD & LWD..
●Up-gradation and Maintenance of rigs as per HSE Standards and OEM recommendation.
●Installation/ Maintenance of Explosion Proof equipment in the RED ZONE Area.
●Mud cap drilling.
●Plan and assist internal and external technical audit of equipment and processes for Rig.
●Prepare Rig annual budgets with the coordination of Rig & Head ofice Team.
●Coordinate with OEM for managing technical queries of Rig equipment spare and certifications.
●Supervision of CBL-VDL and USIT/ UCI Log.
●Correlation of wells.
●Assist Coil Tubing operations.
●Work towards creating and sustaining a culture that supports implementation of IMS policy.
●Identifies crew training needs, guides, and conducts safety, equipment, and drilling technique programs for skill enhancement.
●Inspection of stage wise inventories / materials of wells as per policy schedule
●Inspection of chemicals on arrival at location.
●Preparation of well killing sheets and supervision of well killing operations.
●Supervision of Casing & liner running jobs.
●Supervision of cement jobs & plug jobs.
●Supervision of FIT, SIT and LOT
●Supervision of Frac & Acid Stimulation Jobs
●Supervision of mud properties.
●Preparation of SIDS for driller.
●Drilling reports including daily and monthly reports and well final completion report.
●Use of SAP for posting of reservation (PR) and release.
●Communication with service companies for mobilization and demobilization.
●Supervision of Mud Logging Unit, Wireline Logging Unit, Geological Sample description, Coring point / Casing point selection, preparation of geological reports.
●Supervision of CAT-4 Inspection of Rig Equipment.
●Supervision of Well completion and control of down hole problem during drilling operation.
●Compliances with QMS & HSE and company protocols.
