• Directly attend to the General Manager of the Branch
*Schedule business meetings & appointments. Updating our General Manager’s agenda every end of day

*Receiving all Suppliers & Clients Invoices, prepares report on Excel Sheet of all pending payments to follow up on payment status.
• Point of contact to Dubai Main Branch (Admin, HR, Finance, IT Team)
*Make inter-office memorandum including Holidays, Newly Joined Employees, Freelancers, Interns.
*Sending and monitoring all courier services we send on a daily-basis to clients and suppliers.
*Handling all Employees Requests, such as applying for Leave, Ticket, and other related Personal Requests.
*Monitoring Visa status (for Newly joined employee requirements including submission, assistance in Signing of Contract, application for Medical, Labor Card, Emirates ID)
*Screening files for renewal of Company's Trade/Commercial/Media Licenses, Employees Labor Card, Emirates ID, and Passport.
*Making Monthly Petty Cash report
*Coordinate with Finance on all the Clients and Supplier's Monthly Invoices, regularly follow up payments/cheques through emails/telephone.
*Coordinate with IT Team in Dubai for the Win-Mac Folders, monthly archiving and saving selected documents for future reference.
• Handling all customers/clients related issues. Keeping all soft and hard copies of the above mentioned assigned tasks for our future references using Microsoft office applications.
