Maintain the records of OSH Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS
Monitor Discrepancies and prepare reports for corrective action.
Conduct accident / incident investigation and prepare reports within the time frame.
Issue, review and maintain records of Permit to Work system.
Arrange the Medical Surveillance for all employee considering the work hazards & exposures.
Ensure maintenance of firefighting systems are performed periodically and as required.
Liaise with legal authorities related to OSH concerns and ensure adherence with all applicable
legal requirements.
Prepare legal register, review and update accordingly considering new amendments regularly.
Conduct HSE inspection and raise non-conformance to concerns for corrective actions.
Perform monthly camp accommodation inspections for all three factories.
Ensure recycling of waste wherever possible.
Ensure availability of MSDS for the chemicals used.
Conduct toolbox talks and other general EHS trainings as per the training plan for all three
factories.
Ensure availability of adequate first aid and fire fighters in the organization for all three
factories.
Conduct drills for emergency preparedness as applicable for all three factories.
Maintain and track information/reports on Non-Conformities, Complaints, Near Miss
incidences, Accidents, Environmental Aspects, EHS legislation, risk assessment.
Monitor/ upkeep the environmental records and consents/licenses.
Co-ordinates for the Corrective action closures with the respective Auditees.

Monitor the safety performance of all on-site workers to ensure all workers on the site work safely.
Investigate & prepare report on all workplace injuries and near misses. Identify the causes and advices on any improvement in safety standards that need to be made.
Provide internal HSE trainings and external trainings to employees.
Ensure MSDS of all controlled products on site are up-to-date and available to the employees for review at all times.
Prepare and improvise the Risk Assessments as when required for all the work activities associated with hazards.
Ensure all the lifting accessories and equipment’s are load tested & inspected.
Daily site inspection, weekly & monthly walk down with clients.
Attend and to ensure TBT are done regularly prior to start of the work.
Providing TRAININGS ON HSE iNDUCTION, H2S ESCAPE & AWARENESS, DEALING WITH HAZARDS & RISK & INITIAL FIRE RESPONSE ( PDO)
o Provide Contractor with advice and support to effectively implement the HSE-MS aspect of the PDO Contract.
o Interfaces with Corporate HSE, Asset HSE Staff, PDO personnel and Contractor Personnel working in the Asset (Within Contracts/Projects).
o Act as the Focal Point for the Operating location on HSE matters e.g., HSE Audits, Behavioral Safety, Incident Investigations and follow up.
o Effectively optimize resources allocation between planned and ad-hoc HSE activities within the Asset, ensuring prompt response for service.

o Engage in the implementation of the Contractor HSE-MS within the Line/Asset; providing guidance and support in its proper usage.
o Develop/follow-up the contract HSE plan as per project requirements and enforce conformity through regular monitoring and participating in remedial actions.
o Provide interfacing between Clients, Internal/External Auditors to improve lateral learning’s & risk avoidance.
o Communicate relevant HSE initiates, Government legislatives and HSE lateral learning’s to the Contractor staff in order to raise awareness, encourage continuous learning and behavioral changes.
o Support the contract Line management on HSE and foster a Team spirit that `everyone watches out for each other’.
o Facilitate HSE competence development and learning to ensure personnel are appropriately equipped to work in the specific project teams assigned.
o Provide the technical direction and leadership to meet the safety training requirements of the project.
o Ensure project compliance with the Lockout / Tag out (LOTO) program.
o Train manpower across the organization and successfully managed the HSE Department.
o Coordination and communicating with the management on matter relating to safety and health.

o Monitoring of supervisor to develop and implement occupational Health & Safety standards.
o Carrying out inspections and ensuring application of improvement resulting from the inspections.
o Carrying out Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Safety Inspection, Job Safety Analysis, Equipment inspection. Record Keeping, etc.
o Review all operations and equipment to ensure all safety standards are met or exceeded
o Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and requirements
o Mentor and train managers and associates towards a goal of 0 workplace injuries
o Ensure proper documentation of all injuries within the facility and follow-up on root cause
o Ensures that adequate safety and firefighting equipment is provided and is fully operation and maintained.
o Participates in the operational area activity audits, accident investigations, facility inspections, safety meetings and procedure reviews.
o Provides technical support to Fields Operations management and departments in HSE field of activities namely: Health, Safety & Environment.
o Defines HSE technical standards, development and implementation of HSE plans and standardizes.
o Provides fields Operations management with advice and support services aimed at promoting and enhancing safety, environment and hygiene awareness among all Co. and contractor employees.
