Hands on experience in documentation of PPAP inline in Best in class practises for Manufacturing Industries.
Conducting in-house training sessions for the team on AIAG core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA and assisting suppliers to
link the learning with shop floor operations.
Supervising final inspection of fabrication vendors for detecting NCs & Defects and strategizing corrective measures for
continual improvement; adopting stringent quality measures to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Conducting periodic audits to assess the status of deployment of systems and suggesting rectification measures; possessing
technical familiarity & conceptual clarity of products &processes.
Contributing in all the stages of project initiation, execution and evaluation; reviewing project test and implementation
schedules; monitoring, documenting and reporting the current status and overall project progress to the management.
Preparation of SOP’s, Inspection reports.
Quality check and Defect analysis for Automatic Load Sensing Valve (ALSV) focussing on ON-Leak defect.
