Being worked as the Head of Purchasing department who is responsible to purchase
anything required for the Company in a volume of 50 to 60 million Saudi Riyals per year.
It is mainly spare parts for buses manufactured by RENAULT, IVECO, Mercedes Benz,
Volks Wagen, Marcopolo body parts, IRIZAR body parts, SUTRAK & Hispacold A/C
parts, Mitsubishi, TOYOTA, FORD, GMC, Dodge, TATA etc. Also, parts have been
purchased from parts manufacturers such as WABCO, KNOR BREMSE, HALDEX,
MGM BRAKES, BOSCH, MAHLE, HELLA, VDO, cFw SEALS, KONI STRUTS etc..
Have suppliers all over the world & directly importing to the Company in addition to local
purchase of tyres, batteries, industrial gases, LUBRICANTS, equipments for workshops,
workshop consumables, Painting materials, CONSTRUCTION materials, office
equipments & consumables.
Knowledge & oprational experiences in SAP / ERP systems.
Have imported the equipments mentioned hereunder and assist for commissioning the same different locations: Engine Dynamometer, Chassis Dynamometers, ZF Transmission test bench, Fuel
Injection pump test bench, Lazer wheel alignment systems, Brake tester, Bus wash
machines, Alternator & starter testers, Spare parts washers, Mobile column bus lifters,
Hose crimping machines etc.
Prepare scope of work, request quotations, negotiate & implement contracts for Cleaning of Buses, Pest Control Service for Accommodations in all 14 locations, Maintenance
Contracts for the all office equipments, Fuels for buses & support vehicles.
Being arranged transportation for the shipments from supplier's/manufacturer's warehouse to Dammam or Jeddah seaport/airport.
Being arranged insurance of all imported cargos.
Co-ordinating with the Customs & Clearing agents to clear the shipments imported with proper documentation.
Prepare purchase budgets for every year & responsible for controlling of purchases.
Research for new techniques and vendors & purchase direct from the manufacturers to avoid mediators.
In short, reduce the purchase expediture by 38% by purchasing directly from manufactueres all over the world.

Worked as a supervisor for the contracting department who prepare commercial bids for the renal of buses & cars, light trucks etc. to Clients especially to Saudi Arabian Oil

Worked as Insurance-in-Charge whose duties are as follows: Purchase, implement & prepare claims for Comprehensive motor insurance for buses, car,
trucks etc, Employer's liability insurance, Money insurance, Fire insurance for properties

Responsible of handling Aramco & non-Aramco bus operations from Al-Khobar main office. Preparation of schedules to drivers based on the routes to be followed and it's implementation. Asses the drives based on their performances.
