OVERSEEING THE INTERPRETATION AND APPLICATION OF ESTABLISHED HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES, INCLUDING FORMULATING AND RECOMMENDING PERSONNEL POLICIES AND OBJECTIVES THAT REFLECT THE NEEDS OF THE ORGANIZATION INCLUDING BOUBYAN SUBSIDIARIES.
ESTABLISHING GOALS AND OBJECTIVES FOR HUMAN RESOURCES’ STAFF, INCLUDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POLICY IN ADDITION TO ESTABLISHING INTERNAL OPERATING PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES.
ESTABLISHING INTERNAL CONTROLS AND MONITORING ACTIVITIES OF HR STAFF TO ENSURE QUALITY OPERATION.
PLANNING AND MONITORING OVERALL STAFF COST BUDGET IN ADDITION TO SUCCESSFUL REDUCTIONS OR ELIMINATION OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF FINANCIAL DISCREPANCIES BY IMPROVING DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING ACCURACY FOR BUDGET AND OPERATIONAL CONTROLS.
IN CONCERT WITH THE HEAD OF HR, REPRESENT HUMAN RESOURCES GROUP IN VARIOUS COMMITTEES, INTERNAL & EXTERNAL AUDITING, CONSULTANTS, RESOLVING PROBLEMS OR CONFLICTS. WORK CLOSELY WITH THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AND MANAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEE LITIGATION MATTERS.
EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATOR; ABILITY TO INFLUENCE AND PERSUADE AT SENIOR EXECUTIVE LEVEL.
PROVEN ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY, MANAGE DEADLINES AND MULTIPLE PRIORITIES, WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND HANDLE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION APPROPRIATELY.

FINALIZING SENIOR STAFF PAYROLL, MAPPING SENIOR STAFF EMPLOYMENT PACKAGES WITH THEIR CURRENT BENEFITS, MAINTAINING INTERNAL EQUITY, NEGOTIATING AND FINALIZING EMPLOYMENT OFFERS OF SENIOR STAFF MEMBERS. HANDLING THEIR ONBOARD / EXIT PROCESS, PREPARING AND FINALIZING MERIT INCREASE & PROMOTION CYCLE OF SENIOR STAFF MEMBERS & PREPARING AND FINALIZING PROPOSALS & CAREER PATH TO RETAIN CRITICAL STAFF MEMBERS WITH GMS, COO AND CEO.
