Program: $4B “DERA”& $1B “BORDER” programs to secure ADNOC Onshore & Offshore facilities for National Guard.
Scope: Design& Build of 2 x metro checkpoints - inspection buildings, first posts, QRF posts & 10 lanes x 1500 m long asphalt paved inspection areas fitted on Old E11 Highway & Ghayathi Road. Construction of 100+ kms of patrol roads, electrical & FO cable corridor, sensor towers, construction of regional C&Cs, datacenter racks upgrade etc.
• Finalized techno commercial proposal to the National Guard for a new capability development program-AED 1.4 Billion
• Led the team to win the contract from the National Guard in Aug. 2020 for a new infrastructure program-AED 2 billion
• Achieved on time delivery of 2 x Metro checkpoints with a footprint of 1500 x 100 m to secure Ruwais Industrial City.
• Reversed delays& accomplished delivery of AED500million infrastructure program to secure ADNOC refineries-Ruwais
• Delivered Datacenter upgrade projects (18 out of 25 sites)-both Onshore sites and Offshore platforms as of Oct. 2024.
• Delivered Manama Regional C&C Expansion project & relocated Habshan Datacenter racks to Al Dhafra Regional C&C.
• Orchestrated Operational Site Acceptance of 24 Program Milestones with value over AED800 million in 3 years’ period.

Program: $4B "DERA" program as part of Master plan to secure UAE's cities & critical infrastructure for National Guard. Scope: PMC services for design & build of accommodation and office facilities, admin. building, mosque, recreation facil ities, community center etc. for NG camp in Sas Al Nakheel. Construction of patrol roads, electrical & FO cable corridors, command & control centers, sensor towers and security systems around Al Taweelah and Al Mirfa Power Plants, ADNOC Oil Terminals in Jabel Dhana and Fujairah, pumping stations in Habshan & Sweihan, 400km ADCOP pipeline from Habshan.
• Appreciated and rewarded by the top management for handing over two (2) projects with value over AED120million.
• Achieved revenue targets of the company by delivering projects on schedule and without cost overrun to the Clients.
• Achieved a 25% reduction in the value of t Al Taweelah security project through effective value engineering strategies.

Project: Upgrade Al Salam Street & Mina Road to an Expressway by building a 3.6 km long Road Tunnel for ADM, UAE Scope: Earthwork in deep excavation, shoring system-diaphragm walls with earth anchors, jet grouting, deep well de watering systems, steel bridges, cast in situ piles, tunnel structure- up to 3m deep base slabs, 1.5m wide walls & deck slab on prestressed I -beam girders, Utility Buildings, Underground and above tunnel Utility Networks & Asphalt carriageways.
• Led team of engineers& several subcontractors to build a 1.0km long section of the biggest road tunnel in Middle East.
• Achieved concrete casting of 2 to 3 tunnel base slabs of size 30m x 40m x 2 ~3m deep every month with single concrete pours in excess of 3000m3, requiring close coordination with authorities for traffic management during concrete pour.

Project: Al Raha Beach City Project - A mixed use development for residential, leisure, & hospitality For ALDAR, UAE.
Scope: Construction of 3nos. of Interchanges across Abu Dhabi Dubai Expressway and internal Canal Road Bridg-es(CRB).
• Led direct team, subcontractors & suppliers for the construction of 3 x interchanges featuring prestressed box girders, neoprene bearings, VSL post tensioning system, sheet piling shoring system, cast-in situ bored pile foun-dations etc.
• Approved bar bending schedules, formwork design, MS&TRA for concrete casting, prestressing sequence of deck slabs.
• Liaised with authorities for traffic management permits for interchange construction on Abu Dhabi-Dubai Ex-pressway.

Projects: (1)Substations, Energy Plants, Cooling Tower, Control Buildings for Oil Refinery at Mesaieed - Qatar Petroleum. (2) Super Substations, Pipe Racks and Heavy Equipment foundations for Arab D Gas plant at Dukhan for Qatar Petroleum. (3) 40 nos. of 220/11KV& 132/33KV GIS Super Substations as part of KAHRAMAA(Qatar Energy) Phase-I, V & VII projects. (4) 2nos. of Multistoried Parking Garages(2B+G+8) and Energy Plants and utilities network for Doha Asian Games Village. (5) Design & Build of Doha International Airport Departure & Arrival Terminal Expansion, Duty free shop for Qatar Airways (6) In-flight catering service building fit out, VIP Baggage Handling Building & Hamad International Airport Project Office. (7) Office Tower (2B+G+5) for Gulf Contracting & Administration, Communication Center for US Army Corp. of Engineers.
• Successfully delivered all projects on time & within budget by managing direct work forces & multiple subcontractors.
• Responsible for Progress Invoice Submissions and ensuring implementation of best practices for onsite quality & HSE.
• Coordinated and liaised with various authorities to obtain land allocation, Building Permits, NOCs, and Work Permits.
• Responsible for preparation/submission of handover documents/dossiers to Client as part of deliverable acceptance.
• Received 'Certificates of Recognition' from US Army Corp. of Engineers, LG E&C Corp., Hyundai- Snamprogetti JV etc.

Project: Mumbai-Pune Expressway-Sec. B : 1st Concrete Road Project in India with slipform concrete paving tech-nology.
Scope: Construction of Concrete & Asphalt Pavement, Bridges over rivers and roads, Viaducts, Cross drainage struc-tures
• On-site management of road & bridges construction activities through direct work force and multiple subcontrac-tors.
• ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ for the record paving of 898m on a single day using Slip Form Concrete Paving Tech-nology.
• Designed/developed mix designs for various grades of high strength concrete & asphalt for structures and pave-ment.

Project: 1500 MW Nathpa- Jhakri Hydro Electric Project (Construction of 60.5m High Concrete Gravity Dam, 16.0 km Section of 10.5m diameter Head Race Tunnel and De-silting Chambers) by Nathpa -Jhakri Power Corporation Ltd(NJPC)
• Responsible for Quantity Surveying & submission of monthly progress invoices to Client by 1st week of every month.
• Calculated over breaks of tunnel for each type of rock and liaised with NJPC Engineering team for approval of in-voices.

Project: Konkan Railway Project - longest rail project in India passing through 4 states by Konkan Rail Corporation. Ltd.
Scope: Construction of 4nos. Railway under Bridges, 4nos. Road Over Bridges, 2nos. Steel Bridges, 1no. Cut & Cover Tunnel
• Supervised technical aspects of bridges& tunnel construction, managed direct work force, equipment and super-visors.
• Familiarized with prestressing/post-tension techniques, quantity surveying, QA/QC & developed concrete mix designs
• Liaised with client for acceptance of completed works & progress payment certifications, EOT claims, change re-quests.
• “Certificate of Appreciation” from Konkan Rail Corporation Ltd.(KRCL) for delivering projects on time and with quality.
