Market Scanning
• Studying website, Directories, appointment newspaper, job portals, identifying contact
• Analyzing the company profile
• What kind of business they do
• Collecting all the contact details
• Scanning appointment thru newspaper
• Finding out which are the companies / institutes are hiring
• Establishing contact details by writing or calling the right person to set up a meeting
• Updating all the established contacts with the CRM data base.
Responding to Corporate Request
• Organize and coordinate request and confirm meetings
• Placement requirements
• Organizing Executive Education
• Billing for training program coordinate with the accounts.
• Organizing internal and external events
• Guest Session
Supporting Clients Visits
• Checking the availability of the venue based on the given date and number of pax
• Organize training programs
• Setting up required venue
• Getting all the client’s required needs for the training
• Program like materials, do they required meals for me to arrange from the restaurant, and make sure it will end the session peacefully.
Sales Support
• Maintain schedules and calendars
• Fixing and follow up meetings by writing or calling the right person
• Maintain contacts and Updating contacts from the CRM data base
• Sending greeting messages during special occasion
• Prepare and manage correspondence reports and documents, set up and maintain filing system.
• Interfacing with Internal Groups
• Coordinates with the Admin regards to admin works,

• Coordinates with Students / Committee with regards to placement
