Headed the creation of an effective ERP system built from scratch that oversees the organization's complete operations. The system successfully replaced the manual procedures and established a well-defined inter-department connection to ensure a smooth process flow and proper sharing of data by strictly adhering to the company’s data-sharing policy. Implemented a barcoding system (using tablets) in the factory which efficiently collects the production information, processes the data, and generates reports on a real-time basis. Integrated multiple third-party software(Finance, Store, Attendance machine) to the system. Along with the addition of new features, regular feedback sessions, continuous tests, data optimization, and updates are done to the existing modules to ensure the smooth functioning of the system.
Successfully established an efficient and reliable online system to replace the manual operations carried out in multiple departments of the company. Being the sole developer in the company, I was responsible for carrying out all the stages of the software development. Integrated multiple third-party software(Finance, Store, Attendance machine) to the system. Consulted regularly with the department heads and end-users to ensure that the software meets all the functional requirements. Regular updates were done based on the user feedback.
As the ‘In house developer’ for this project, I participated in all the user requirement meetings to transform client needs into proposed application designs and collaborate with the team members to plan, design, and develop robust solutions for the clients. I was individually and collectively involved in the development of all the three core modules of the ERP and also handled the end-user training sessions. I handled the complete development of the automated alert system, reports, and graphical analysis.
Actively participated in the development of multiple academic projects. Trained three batches of collegestudents in software development and database design.
