• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent in receiving, identifying and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
• Maintaining documents related to traceability of product and retrieving them whenever required.
• Took part in audits conducted by regulatory bodies, Customers and Certification (SFDA, ISO & various customers like McDonald’s, YUM, KUDU, STARBUKS etc.)
• Determine staffing level and assign workload.
• Maintain item record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
• Maintain RM/ PM stock record on daily basis to update inventory level to procurement and production.
• Performing random inventory count and reporting variance to the management.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Data entry operation.
• Prepare note for LPO.
• Performing monthly inventory count and submitting the report to the management.
