•In charge of the largest region with above 1000 vehicles (includes patrol-diesel engines, Isuzu-Hino-Mitsubishi-Toyota-Ford-Nissan-Lexus-Mercedes-Land Rover-GMC-Renault-Hyundai-BMW)+ more than 350 cooling units (Thermo King- Carrier) and more than 10000 Everest fridges.
•Manage and directs the fleet workshop team for maximum efficiency and productivity.
•Hands on managing all workshop activities, especially technical issues. And arranging Technical Training program for all the staffs by collaborating with Automotive dealerships.
•Ensure all the vehicles are in excellent shape for performing their various functions and all the cooling units are following the cold chain management.
•Part of making budget and daily plan to control it. Forecast and order spare parts accordingly.
•To record and maintain correct data regarding everything pertaining to a fleet and analyze it.
•Negotiation with automotive dealers and suppliers
•Developing fleet operation policies - KPI - and procedures.
•Expert in lease contract points and its negotiation.
