JOB DESCRIBTION:

Recruitment:

Discussing with different local and international manpower agencies ans signing contracts with them.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
Reviewing and sorting the CVs received from different sources.
Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, escorting applicant to interviews.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Preparing the offer letters and the work contracts for the selected candidates.
Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.
Conducts recruitment meeting with all the department heads and finds their requirements.

Personnel :
Prepares the employees incentives on a monthly basis.
Maintain employee database
Maintaining /Updating Leave Records.
Conducting various welfare activities
Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
Check travel and tour expenses & contractor bills and record.
Conduct exit interviews for employees who resigns and record them accordingly.
Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Keeping records of staff insurance and get it renewed in due time.
Coordinate with consultants & candidates for scheduling appointments with the Management team for sourcing
Quarterly Performance review and appraisal.
Passport tracking of employees.


Payroll:
Prepare & process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment.
Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
Preparation of Salary Statement.


Handles the position of HR Manager in his absence.
