▪Design and develop training packages and lesson plans and questionnaires as per the Project specification, procedure and requirement.
▪Evaluate, asses training sessions and conduct trainings (20 SHES training and 3 Craft Training) both in house as well as Contractors to monitor compliance.
▪Participate in house meetings to provide feedback in relation to SHES Training and Craft Training.
▪Participate and monitor compliance in dry runs/ actual Craft training practical sessions with contractor to ensure compliance.
Design and recommend appropriate HSE Training, Reviewal and Approval programs based on project proposal review
▪Review, verify and approval of Contractors documents in accordance with MOPH standards
▪Assist and provide expert advice to senior management in regards to the selection of Critical equipments for Projects.
▪Assign Contractors to specific projects by reviewing safety standards stipulated in Qatar Construction Specification (QCS)
▪Act as Focal point of Safety and support Senior management by providing feedbacks and recommendations on a timely basis.
▪Assess competency level of Crane/ Man lift/ Fork lift operators via practical dry runs prior to project commencement
▪Monitor and Inspection of Scaffold structures during installation, work execution, modification and dismantling stages in adherance to MOPH HSE Policies and Procedures.
▪Liaise with Senior management in relation to HSE issues and conduct joint site inspections and accident investigations to ensure HSE compliance
▪Monitor Critical Activities and ensure all activities are in compliance with MOPH HSE policies and standards
▪Carry out investigations in relation to incidents and provide feed back to the senior management.
